Read Simon's Bio
Simon initially joined Pagoda in 2010 when the company had not been trading for very long. Helping to set up the HR processes and get the company off the ground. He left for a short period and returned in 2017 where he has remained ever since.
With over 25 years of administration, recruitment and training experience, having worked for a broad range of companies ranging from entrepreneurs up to large organisations employing hundreds of staff, Simon has a wealth of experience at all levels within a business. On a daily basis, he will support the HR role in a more legal sense, offering guidance and advice in line with U.K employment law and policy and also oversees the company’s Health and Safety practices.

Read Danny's Bio
I came to England way back when in 1987 at the age of just 11 from south Lebanon. Fleeing the war I went to school at Dorothy Stringer and feel as worth as any other Brightonian having lived here since arriving in the U.K.
Keen to work, I went straight into work from school at just 16 but when I turned 18 I returned to Lebanon to do my national service. I was then in the army for 4.5 years and once my service was completed, I returned to what was now my home, Brighton.
I fell into the security industry. At the time not too sure what I would do, having spent some years in the military I felt it was a crossover of skills. I’ve worked at all levels within the industry over the last 20+ years and was the Head Door Supervisor for almost 10 years at Brighton’s prestigious, The Honey Club. This sadly closed down and I moved over to another large nightclub, Coalition. Getting a little older, a position was offered to me by Pagoda Security on the Mobile Support Unit. Joining Pagoda in 2014 I progressed from an MSU response team member to team leader and now Operations Manager ultimately overseeing the entire operation on the night shifts. I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my job, getting to meet new members of staff and fresh people into this industry and see them grow much as I have over the decades.
Danny has been featured in the local news on a number of occasions for going above and beyond with a passion for protecting people and property. In many instances, he’s viewed as a true hero that doesn’t wear a cape!
