Lee is a proactive person with a level of maturity and calmness defined by the years of challenges and experiences working in the security industry. He is an excellent people manager, using his skills to achieve results through good sound management of people and processes, being consistent and fair at all times. His initiative and eye for detail have led to the continued organic growth of the Pagoda brand in both operational matters and training.

Lee also heads up the training division of the business as a qualified SIA security trainer and assessor. Specialising in Conflict Management and Physical Intervention, Licensing and First Aid. Lee is often in the training room teaching those who wish to start out in the industry, and also new and existing employees at Pagoda as part of their training programme.

Over the last 5 years, Lee has led the business through many changes and advancements of technology, placing Pagoda Security in the top 15% of U.K SIA ACS Approved Contractors as an ACS Pacesetter. Pagoda sees it’s second year as of 2021 as an ACS Pacesetter and continues to be a preferred supplier with a number of blue-chip clients.

Jane joined the team in 2017 having worked for Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust for 28 years in a variety of roles within the medical records department. Jane progressed her career from being a medical records assistant to then leading, supervising and managing the teams.

Jane was involved in coordinating staff meetings, appraisals and the hiring and recruitment of new staff. Ultimately inducting them and seeing them settle in. Jane brings with her a wealth of experience into her role with Pagoda Security in the HR department, mainly focusing on the recruitment and screening of our staff, but also ongoing welfare, appraisals and performance monitoring.

Jane is a friendly voice at the end of the phone, and a happy smiley face to have within the company in such a role. No challenge is too big or small and she loves taking on new tasks and learning new things in relation to the security industry. It’s been a big learning curve, but an enjoyable one along the way.

I came to England way back when in 1987 at the age of just 11 from south Lebanon. Fleeing the war I went to school at Dorothy Stringer and feel as worth as any other Brightonian having lived here since arriving in the U.K.

Keen to work, I went straight into work from school at just 16 but when I turned 18 I returned to Lebanon to do my national service. I was then in the army for 4.5 years and once my service was completed, I returned to what was now my home, Brighton.

I fell into the security industry. At the time not too sure what I would do, having spent some years in the military I felt it was a crossover of skills. I’ve worked at all levels within the industry over the last 20+ years and was the Head Door Supervisor for almost 10 years at Brighton’s prestigious, The Honey Club. This sadly closed down and I moved over to another large nightclub, Coalition. Getting a little older, a position was offered to me by Pagoda Security on the Mobile Support Unit. Joining Pagoda in 2014 I progressed from an MSU response team member to team leader and now Operations Manager ultimately overseeing the entire operation on the night shifts. I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my job, getting to meet new members of staff and fresh people into this industry and see them grow much as I have over the decades.

Danny has been featured in the local news on a number of occasions for going above and beyond with a passion for protecting people and property. In many instances, he’s viewed as a true hero that doesn’t wear a cape!
