Extended Geographical Coverage
Pagoda Security has expanded its operation in the last couple of years and from originally operating within Sussex, Pagoda now supplies both security and training services to much of the southeastern section of the UK. Covering major cities and towns along the south coast including Southampton, Portsmouth, Chichester, Worthing, Brighton, Eastbourne and Folkestone. And then moving north covering Haywards Heath, Hailsham, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Horsham, Crawley, Croydon, Reading, London, Watford, and up to Hemel Hempstead. If you have a need for our services in a particular area and you’re not sure if we cover that far, please still give us a call. It may be that we already work in your area!

(MSU)
Our Response Team is on call 24/7 for our customers. Our team of highly trained individuals bring a wealth of experience and knowledge from a wide skill set. Varying from former police officers, military and private security specialists this team is available for help at a moments notice. Our customers specifically paying for a ‘response team’ benefit from average response times in under 5 minutes.*
This team of amazing people also conduct site patrols, alarm response calls and help maintain our county-wide average at just 28 minutes.â€

Street Patrol
We at Pagoda are both delighted and honoured to have been chosen as the security partners for the Community Safety Guardians project now operating in St James Street.
Since the start of the Community Safety Guardians initiative, the general feedback has been amazing. Apparently, the news story has already received more clicks than the one about Britney Spears at Pride.
Our team has been involved in helping several lone, vulnerable and intoxicated members of the public get home safely; dealing with someone whose friend had gone missing and was worried about their state of mind; a suicide risk raised by the Police; helping the injured and a lone female who was being followed by a white van.
The reports have illustrated:
- The value of the street patrols in finding people who are vulnerable and making sure that they are safe and get home.
- The value to the venue door staff in being able to call for assistance.
- The fact that the patrol is integrated with police and venue security.
- The value of The Rainbow Hub as a safe refuge and base.
Since the start of the initiative, we are not aware of any reports of attacks or major incidents in the area.
